New Patients at Marsteller Family Chiropractic
Starting care at Marsteller Family Chiropractic is simple. Your first visit includes a consultation, exam, and X-rays, and takes about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the complexity of your case. We email your paperwork ahead of time, so you can fill it out before you arrive. Wear whatever’s comfortable, and there’s nothing special you need to bring.
We also offer a free consultation. If, after evaluating you, Dr. Matthew Marsteller determines chiropractic care isn’t the right fit for your case, we’ll let you know and you won’t be charged. If we move forward into the exam, X-rays, or treatment, that’s when billing begins.
Your Care Plan
At your second visit, we walk you through a full report of findings, roughly 15 to 20 minutes covering exactly what we found and what we recommend. By your third visit, we go over your insurance details, your treatment plan, your schedule, and what’s covered so there are no surprises. We take same-day appointments and walk-ins whenever possible, and we provide an after-hours contact number once you’re an established patient.
Insurance and Payment
We accept all major insurance plans and are in-network with everything, including Medicare. UnitedHealthcare is currently the only Medicaid plan we accept. We also work with auto accident and workers’ compensation cases, including coordination with attorneys when needed. For patients paying out of pocket, we offer in-house payment plans, and we accept CareCredit, ChiroHealth USA, HSA cards, and all major credit cards.
Military patients with a VA referral are covered as well. Family care plans are available and discounted based on each person’s individual treatment needs.
Getting Here
Our office includes free on-site parking in a medical complex setting, and X-rays are taken in-house on your first visit, so there’s no need for a separate appointment elsewhere.
